Description
Position Overview
This position provides administrative support to the bank’s Credit Services Department (Loan Department) through multiple functions; including, but not limited to: CRA/HMDA information collection and reporting; Wintrust reporting; documentation, booking and funding of Commercial and Agricultural loan documents; auditing of Commercial and AG loan documentation and system input; processing payments; and processing electronic filings to maintain collateral perfection; etc.
Accountability
• Filing recordable documents to ensure bank is properly collateralized
• Update and maintain new and existing commercial loan files.
• Prepare loan documents for new and existing customers
• Obtain necessary information, forms and documents needed for commercial applications to be processed and approved – while examining these documents to ensure compliance according to the bank’s regulatory standards, as well as examining these documents checking for inconsistencies and accuracy issues.
Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Commercial or Agricultural Loan Operations experience required.
