Job Description
• Learn about the asset management business and HR function by supporting a team of six NY-based, L&D professionals by working on a variety of projects
• Contribute to the delivery of organizational development solutions to various client groups
• Project plan for various enterprise initiatives including trainings, events and communications (e.g., employee experience survey, the future of work, diversity and inclusion)
Qualifications
• Pursuing a Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Industrial Organizational Psychology strongly preferred
• Must have a graduation date occurring in 2019
• Results Orientation: maintain and organize confidential information, manage multiple projects, demonstrate planning, organizational and time management skills, dynamically prioritize tasks aligned with ongoing and sudden changes, research information and present findings in a clear, concise manner
• Communication: demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, cultivate strong relationships
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and demonstrate a desire to learn new systems and technologies
