The incumbent will work with the Business Support & Planning Manager to provide strategic business planning, project and operational management support for an Administrative Office of Wealth Management as well as other key Senior Managers within Wealth Management. Responsibilities include project management and planning, analytics, execution and monitoring of key business initiatives, identifying and resolving complex business issues, developing essential business presentations for internal and external audiences. Incumbent must have the ability to present and communicate with all levels of management as well as working teams. Incumbent also identifies, resolves or proposes alternative solutions for business issues.
Qualifications
Position requires understanding of advanced financial concepts and will often be called upon by senior management to analyze and implement strategies with substantive financial impact. Strong communication, planning and project organization skills as well as advanced microsoft office applications proficiency required. Position will support group manager with generation of ideas related to strategic planning and implementation. The ad hoc nature and importance of the responsibilities and role have significant impact on the ability of the Department to achieve business targets. BS/BA degree in business/finance or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred. 5+ years experience in financial or related industry preferred.
