Job Description
Leads the business unit or functional area to achieve overall productivity, quality, and timeliness goals. Develops the vision, strategic direction and goals, develops business plans, and has full P&L responsibility for directing all aspects of the operations for collateral servicing functions to meet the organization’s operating and strategic needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire collateral operations for Servicing which will include but is not limited to:
• Develops vision, strategic direction, objectives, business plans and has full P&L responsibility for the business unit
• Participate in the build of the centralized repository for all collateral activity
• Deficient MBO Loan Population - Collateral Review
• Review and ship PNMAC Modifications to custodian after validation of manifest and content
• Request, monitor and audit collateral exception reports from all custodial entities
• Review and determine collateral deficiencies for entire population 60+ loans, extensive analysis of default population
• Oversee the creation of assignments and endorsements
• Partner with Portfolio Strat to determine potential population ready for GNMA pooling
• Ability to orchestrate the movement of collateral files for different reasons, i.e. payoff, liquidation, sales etc.
• Ability to extract collateral files from live custodial safe file keeping to cold storage
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Preferred Qualifications
Skills & Abilities:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
