Position Overview:
The Analyst – A/P is an integral team member of the company-wide shared services Accounts Payable process. Responsibilities include following effective internal controls surrounding the Accounts Payable function and ensuring data integrity of financial information by analyzing the payables workflow.
Key Accountabilities:
• Analyze and process and accounts payable for the entire Company
• Ensure proper internal controls are established, maintained and monitored
• Analyze and monitor Company-wide spend management policies and ensure policy compliance across all Company entities
• Be an integral part of the intercompany allocation process ensuring proper assumptions are used in allocations to each Company entity
Qualifications
• 3-5 Years experience in an accounting department, preferably in accounts payable. Knowledge of Concur preferred, but not required
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent
• General Computer Skills
