Responsibilities
• Support planning, execution, optimization and reporting of CIT Bank’s organic & paid campaigns and media programs across platforms including but not limited to Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.
• Support and contribute to audience segmentation strategy for new and existing customers.
• Responsible for daily analysis, optimization, and execution of targeting tactics inclusive of bid adjustment and budget management.
• Responsible for developing best practices for execution and driving efficiency.
• Responsible for collaboration of online-to-offline measurement efforts with internal analytics teams and platform partners.
• Forecast program performance and manage expenses with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collect and analyze data, identify trends and proactively communicate insights ensuring positive KPIs
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize the value of programmatic paid social programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and distribute creative assets.
• Support the identification, evaluation, execution and development of new opportunities, vendors, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain a testing plan to maximize investment value and traffic.
• Maintain strong knowledge of online advertising, retail and competitive trends.
• Always keeping abreast of new digital/social technology/tools/platforms best practices and successful strategies
• Participate in meetings to understand advertising objectives and goals
• Ability to understand and analyze the conversion funnel including lead gen and on-site conversion
• Assist with managing budgets and purchased activity; assist in lead strategy and implementation of buy optimization including A/B testing of ads
• Campaign analysis and reporting for multiple clients and markets; provide insights and action steps to improve buys and plans month over month or campaign to campaign
• Experience managing millions of dollars a year in advertising spend
Qualifications
• Digital Advertising and Marketing: 1-3 years (Required)
• Financial Services experience – 1-3 years (Desired)
• Expertise with customer acquisition , development of pixel strategies, and custom audience builds
• Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC
