The preferred location is Knoxville for this position. Elavon is currently seeking a PCI Project Manager.This individual will be a part of the team that handles key aspects of the day-to-day relationship management of Elavon’s PCI vendor as well as assist in managing related projects and initiatives.
This role serves as a key liaison and an escalation resource between partners and Elavon’s PCI Vendor. The successful candidate with support relationship management functions such as resolving customers issues, identifying customer needs in portal program, and implementing those changes in alignment with other Elavon’s product initiatives. This role will help educate multiple internal customer-facing and partner-facing teams, as well as assist in communicating relevant information to the rest of the Elavon organization. This role will also support TPRM activities and the successful candidate should have recent related experience.
Additional detail of these responsibilities are as follows:
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key points of contact with PCI vendor as well as Elavon’s partners.
• Serves as the subject matter expert to handle inbound queries related to PCI requirements, and researching as needed and interfacing with PCI vendor as needed.
• Develops communications, such as FAQs, on key topics to convey critical information to client and partner support teams, sales, and other stakeholders, and presents information via webinars or other presentation mechanisms as needed;
• Serves as point of escalation for issue resolution for customer-facing and relationship managing teams
• Maintains documentation of processes and procedures;
• Participates in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• One to three years of experience in project management and leadership activities
• Minimum one year of managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Advanced knowledge of assigned business line
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in resolving complex customer escalations and research
• Experience with TPRM activities
• Ability to identify, document, and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
