Position Overview
ClearBridge Investments is looking to add to its administration team. We are seeking a professional, reliable, and organized individual to join our midtown New York office as the Receptionist. This individual will serve as the “face of the firm” while managing our reception desk and other administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Include, but not Limited to
• Greeting guests and visitors upon their arrival and notifying appropriate staff
• Maintaining overall appearance of the front desk and reception area
• Booking & maintaining conference room scheduling and logistics
• Meeting management including facility staff coordination, catering and supplies
• Answering main phone lines and routing calls to appropriate destination
• Acting as primary liaison with the building management company related to facility and security matters
• Booking travel and processing expenses for several senior members of the team
• Covering reception duties between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
• Data entry and report generating
• Ad hoc projects
Ideal Qualifications and Experience
• 2-3 years of previous relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client service skills required
• Must have strong time management skills, be team player and be flexible
• Ability to be pro-active and take on responsibility
• Proven experience with a multi-line phone
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
