Kearney is seeking a Performance Management Analyst for its Frederick, MD, team. This position will function at the Senior Analyst level. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team and will implement an effective performance measurement and management system to continuously monitor a wide range of the program performance, including contract performance metrics. The ability to understand and review SQL code would be highly desirable, however, not required. Other job responsibilities are as follows:
Required Skills:
• Implement effective performance measurement and management system to continuously monitor a wide range of the program performance, including contract performance metrics, in a manner that optimizes predictability and timely correction
• Assist development and delivery of performance measurement and quality assurance training for employees engaged in performance/quality assurance monitoring and reporting
• Maintain updated knowledge of the program, requirements and procedures to ensure contract compliance
• Monitor all operations and related metrics for conformance with internal, external, contract performance standards
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all areas of project operations and report performance issues to project and unit management, provide recommendations for improvement based on the evaluation completed
• Aggregate and analyze performance data and suggest methods for improving performance and/or business processes to maximize performance, draw conclusions and report on the analysis performed
• Produce robust and timely performance reports as required by contract and project operations including an executive level dashboard
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management including application of schedule management, implementation, establishment of processes.
• Proficient in performance management functions such as data capture, analysis, reporting tools, and making conclusions on performance adherence.
• Government contracting experience, specifically reporting on contractual compliance/SLA's and metrics
• Reporting experience, including report development and quality reporting to Senior Leadership
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship)
