Description
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC seeks a Vice President, FX E-Trading Client Services in New York, New York
Responsible for coordinating the onboarding of clients onto our electronic trading platforms as well as the ongoing support of those clients in the usage of those platforms. Onbarding clients to Foreign Exchange Emerging Markets (FXEM) specific platforms (both proprietary and third party) such as Matrix, FXAll, FXConnect, Bloomberg, 360T, Flextrade, Trading Screen, Portware, and direct FIX API connections. Enhanced onboarding and client configuration for products such as Algos and for STP integration. Ongoing care of FXEM E-Commerce clients on these platforms. Investigation and resolution of client issues such as trade rejections and the inability to trade or use specific functionality. Client issues may be risk or otherwise business related. Resolve client issues internally or through liaison with sales coverage, trading desk, product experts, or the back office. In the event of technical problems, liaise with dedicated technical support to resolve. Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors. Producing metrics on client adoption rates, vendor platform performance, and other MIS for senior management.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or closely related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the position offered or four years of experience as an Analyst, Associate, or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: onboarding for foreign exchange electronic trading in a client-facing role; electronic trading client workflows, account setups, FX PB relationships/give-up agreements; and Excel for data management of accounts including pivot tables and v-lookup. Requires two (2) years of experience with the following skills: Front Office, client facing support of a foreign exchange sales or trading desk; Salesforce or similar CRM (client relationship management) tool/software; giving client demos of single-dealer FX trading platforms, basic FX trading functionality, rolls, allocations, and GUI layout setup; and advanced trading functionality including algos, orders, stops, and hybrid strategies.
