Responsibilities
-Develop and implement strategies and business plans supporting overall growth goals including persistency and profitability.
-Develop and lead a group of talented Account Managers, Specialists and Sales Coordinators in multiple locations.
-Model a collaborative approach between the Sales and Service team(s), ensuring a successful client experience.
-Attend finalist presentations and regularly accompany the service team on broker and/or customer visits, providing feedback to the team to support ongoing development.
-Work closely with the Sr. Director, Field Service to monitor progress of KPI’s, making adjustments where needed.
Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
-Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in supervision, preferably in the Employee Benefits field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
-Professional certification required: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory.
Other: Personal automobile is available for business use with adequate insurance and a safe driving record. Bi-weekly travel expected.
