The Senior Financial Analyst - Treasury will be responsible for financing of mortgage loans and managing warehouse lines of credit. This includes; preparing transmittal tapes, funding wires, and reconciling funds received from warehouse facilities. Monitors and manages collateral tracking system and ensures accuracy of collateral tracking.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Broad knowledge of spreadsheet, database, word processing and MS Office software.
• The ideal candidate will develop excel-based risk reports and analytics with some technical guidance. Experience with macros, pivot tables, MS Access and SQL is a plus.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and communicate with lenders, internal customers and management to address and resolve Treasury related questions.
• Recommend process improvements; establish trend graphs, and other special analytical projects as assigned.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player.

ADDITIONAL JOB COMPETENCIES
• Related experience with Financial Services, preferably an analytics role within the mortgage industry.
• Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage to deadlines.
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with peers and management.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of work experience, preferable an analytical role in financial services/Mortgage. Previous Access/SQL experience a must. Understanding of financial markets and products is a plus
• A quantitative/finance degree with the required technology skills or a technical background in computer science or a related field with a strong interest in finance.
