Job TitleSpecialist, Global Travel and Expense Programs
Position Purpose:
The Global Card and Expense Programs Specialist is a position within Fiserv Enterprise Sourcing
Services (ESS) responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance to a global card and expense
program, interfacing with business units to ensure program delivery/improvement, and developing
program reporting metrics. The position reports to the Director of Travel and Meeting Events.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple global business units in technology, finance, tax, and audit to promote the global card program to ensure participation, service delivery, and compliance. Participate in initial configuration and implementation of all new card programs that includes training and support to end users and Corporate Service International service team. Serve as administrator for the automated travel and expense procure to pay reporting software (Concur) and related internal business applications. Responsible for tracking performance by collecting and compiling quantifiable data monthly and comparing actual results against performance goals. Seek opportunities to enhance program automation through partnership with internal application development team, the issuing banks, and other supplier relationships. Work closely with the issuing banks and network to continually improve the corporate card program. Responsible for policy maintenance, defining performance metrics and reporting processes. Complete internal risk compliance and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
Required Experience:
• 3+ years job related experience
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with communicating, implementing programs, and administrating programs
• Interacting with all levels of the organization and influencing others without direct oversight
• Knowledge of travel and corporate card programs; and software
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Analytical skills and strategy implementation
• High energy/impact individual
• Ability to successfully navigate through ambiguities/obstacles through use of facts, evaluation of alternatives, open-mindedness, and well thought-through strategies and prioritization
• Strong communication, influencing and consultative skills
• Presentation skills enabling business unit leaders and suppliers to clearly understand ESS recommendations and Fiserv requirements

• Proficient in all MS Office applications
• Ability to travel 10% and flexible to participate in global meetings/conference calls outside of normal business hours
