As a Senior Web Functional Lead, you will be responsible for engaging with partners in the business to manage, monitor, and improve Digital products and solutions in your domain. You will ensure existing Digital products are effectively meeting business and user needs through KPI’s, research, and analytics. Ultimately, you will build a strategy and roadmap that enhances existing products or develops new solutions aligned to business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities:
• As a key player in the editorial approach for digital channels, you will contribute to editorial strategy for the Web, repurposing and rewriting content for the web channel as required.
• Review (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) performance of owned areas via analytics and VOC to optimize and improve performance. Leverages testing strategies (A/B and MVT) to improve performance.
• Work regularly with appropriate business partners to review web usage and performance and ensure alignment with key business priorities.
• Accountable for monitoring performance, optimization, and freshness/relevance/usefulness of assets to maximize impact, increasing engagement and leads.
• Collaborate with other Web Leads to develop comprehensive release plan and roadmap.Work within content management tools to schedule, monitor, and optimize engagement across an audience, website, or site section.
• Support development and maintenance of web style guide and standards in collaboration with Creative and Brand team.
• Manage the effectiveness of on-site search results and coordinate with other channels to ensure SEO/SEM and Paid web targets are ready, have clear calls to actions, and appropriate metrics. Collaborate on optimizing results on an on-going basis.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in the digital marketing space, with specialization and experience in Adobe Target, SEO/SEM, and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Working knowledge of Digital, Marketing, Financial Services, Investments, User Centered Design and ability to apply it to work assignments.
• In-depth knowledge of Web development, design, and technology across Sales, Marketing, and Service. Exhibits knowledge in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting the department/business area.
• Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions on complex and broad matters.
• Ability to effectively plan and manage the work of diverse, multiple teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in working with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders.
• Proven experience in developing plan processes and working across broad, diverse groups to assure work is completed in a timely manner.
