Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining, manipulation, and adjustment of information received from computer inventory tracking system. Responsible for verification and reconciliation of inventories. Coordiates and facilitates material requests in a timely manner to insure that the customer expectations are met. May also be responsible for parts and supply montitoring, maintaining inventory reports, fullfilling deployment orders, and restocking inventory levels.
Scope of Job
Works on a variety of routine and non-routine tasks under general supervision in a secure facility. Has access to confidential information.
Autonomy
Resolves most questions/issues independently. Escalates only the most complex issues to higher levels. Makes decisions using pre-established guidelines regarding products meeting quality standards and ensuring the correct shipment of accounts.
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent. Basic PC skills required. Six months to 1 year previous machine and/or production experience preferred. May use other light industrial equipment such as forklift or pallet jack to perform job duties.
