Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative and office support enabling sales force to focus on high level objectives and goals
• Accountable for facilitation and review of paperwork through final completion
• Prepare important presentations; printing, binding, and delivery of supporting documents
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management on all group activities
• Communicate with vendors and various departments
• Assist with licensing and compensation questions
• Other related projects, tasks, and office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Prior experience with retirement plans, licensing, and payroll
• Proficient computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure against very tight deadlines, and follow through on projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to enter and track on-line through various databases and programs
