Job Purpose
To devise high quality solutions that meet the business requirements of TMF customers. To ensure that solutions offered are delivered “fit for purpose” and within agreed timescales. In most cases the solutions will be devised using existing tools and processes. Where bespoke solutions are agreed the correct levels of authorization, stakeholder agreements, and budgets are approved with the correct risk and issues addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define scope and solution for global deals on Accounting & Tax, including confirming scope and solutions during Gateway process
• Support GST during meetings / calls with global clients to define / explain scope and solution for Accounting & Tax
• Client discovery, including due diligence investigation, workshops, and documentation
• Provide support to the product development team on A&T technical issues; work with Project Managers to identify and mitigate issues & risks
• Develop content / writing (predominately solution summaries)
• Create feeds for cost model, review cost model
• Support deal qualifications
• Coordinate with IT and external providers including: (1) challenging and validating proposed solutions/designs, (2) monitoring quality or fitness for purpose of developments, and (3) testing and acceptance of deliverables
• Mentoring and staff development
• Report and escalate concerns and issues
Knowledge & Typical Experience:
• Drives innovation and improvements to business area delivery
• Recognised internally & externally as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in their specialist area. Is fully knowledgeable on the day to day activities of their business area.
• Will keep up to date with business trends/ changes in law that will impact their role and where appropriate turning it into policy.
• Identifies and promotes opportunities to share best-practice
• Strives for high standards of delivery to clients.

• Creates and communicates a clear and compelling vision for the business area to stakeholders and team members.
• Proactively builds a high performing, collaborative team.
• Understands what motivates individuals and uses this awareness to successfully drive individual and team performance
