The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for:
• Conserving the Head of the Americas and Regional Director of Business Development time and promoting their corporate image by representing them internally and externally,
• Helping key sales executives, making/communicating consistent decisions advising
historical precedents,
• Producing presentation material for meetings and conferences;
• Travel arrangements and agenda preparation
• Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoringprocess, problem solving; making adjustments to plans.
• Coordinating with global executive assistants to join effort.
• Other duties as assigned
