Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Executive Compensation Programs, the Executive Compensation Programs Analyst is responsible for the oversight of administration of the executive compensation programs and equity plan.
Major Responsibilities:
• Manage equity plan administration by managing grant/termination process, maintaining and reconciling equity program data with stock plan administrator and internal HR Controllers, audit reports, and answering stock plan related inquiries
• Provide analytical support on various executive compensation analysis requests
• Provide support for administration of non-qualified deferred compensation program
• Manage administration of various executive perquisite programs, such as financial services and business clubs
• Provide support on regulatory filing requirements
• Manage outside vendor relationships
• Provide support of internal vendor management and audit requests
• Provide support/management of special projects, as requested
Qualifications
• Must demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information
• Stock Plan Administration experience is highly preferred
• Expert with Workday is highly preferred
• MS Office applications including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
