Overview
Treasury Management and Asset/Liability Analyst monitors liquidity and interest rate risk of the company. Duties also include performing month-end and quarter-end reports for Profitability (funds transfer pricing), special projects and interest rate risk to management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Reviews Daily Liquidity position of the bank and notifies management of significant variances.
• Runs the Interest Rate Risk model at each quarter end.
• Performs month-end reporting on profitability and RPM.
• Produces rate sheets for all markets and approves rate changes.
• Performs stress test on the liquidity ratios and the balance sheet of the bank.
• Balances the bond portfolio.
• Produces, gathers and reviews data for asset liability meetings and portfolio meetings.
• Records Administration.
• Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
• Monitoring Swaps
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial report and/or legal documents
• Ability to write routine reports, procedures and business correspondence
• Ability to respond in writing to customer complaints, regulatory agencies or member of the business community
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients and other employees in the organization
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors
• Time Management
• Knowledge of Trial Balance Sheets
• Knowledge of Jack Henry operating system and profitability
Required and Desired Education and Experience
• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting and
• One year finance experience required
• MS Office programs
