SUMMARY
SWBC Mortgage is seeking a Marketing Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for providing support on campaigns including the overall coordination and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with the business strategy, commitments and goals for the assigned projects. This position will work very close with the Director of Mortgage Marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Implement marketing campaigns / requests including managing audience, scheduling, coordinating the creative review process, and having final responsibility for ensuring final product meets specified requirements
• Execute market / specific campaigns including creating marketing briefs, coordinating the creative review process, developing intercoms, and ensuring on time implementation
• Support with social/digital campaigns including maintaining work flow, coordinating the creative review process and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Support the setup of campaigns and events - manage calendar and deliver in a timely manner
• Coordinate website content (Corporate, Branch and LO levels) updates
• Monitor the status of each job / request and ensure that deliverables are meeting deadlines
• Create / update tasks on a project-by-project basis
• Assist in scoping project requests, determine needed resources and coordinate work assignments to creative team
• Performs other duties as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business degree from 4 year college of university.
• Must have 12+ Months experience in a marketing, project management, advertising or communications.
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
• Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional groups.
• Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with WorkFront project management software a plus.
• Must have proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, fax, and mailroom equipment.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
