THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Call Center Rep works in a call center environment providing benefits administration and customer support services via telephone and email. Acts as a benefits advocate for our clients and helps resolve employee benefits issues, as well as educates our clients on how to better utilize their health and insurance benefits plans.
• Communicates with employers, employees, and insurance carriers to resolve benefit issues
• Answers benefits and insurance claims questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints
• Works with team and supervisor to resolve complicated and escalated issues
• Works with a high volume of emails and calls
• Prioritizes problems and works through priorities
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you ...
• have 2+ years of call center experience
• have some knowledge of employee benefits
• hold Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Benefits administration experience or experience working for an insurance carrier is strongly preferred, but mot required
