Job Description
The Digital Channels Business Analyst will be responsible for the technology aspects of all Digital Channel software applications. Digital Channel applications include Consumer Online Banking, Business Banking Online, Digital Banking online, Online Account Opening, Bill Pay, E-statements, Account to Account transfers, POP Money, Mobile Solutions, ATM and EFT/Visa offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate Digital Channel application releases/upgrades, user acceptance testing, implementation of new applications and Disaster Recovery testing.
• Daily support of all Digital Banking applications which includes assisting end users. Reporting system issues and outages to Digital Channel vendors.
• Liaison between vendors and end users in regards to issues and enhancements. Tracking open items and follow up with vendors.
• Provide required training and documentation to end users for application releases and new Digital Channel products.
• Administrate vendor selection and implementation process for new Digital Channel products.
• Perform testing, data mapping and data validation for conversions to Digital Channel applications and systems.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree and 4 years bank operations experience or 8 years equivalent work experience required.
• Knowledge of online banking systems, mobile apps and project management experience.
• Ability to document and communicate system upgrades to end users and be able to explain how upgrades effect customer's experience.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, strong judgment and problem solving skills.
• Ability to drive tasks to completion.
DESIRED
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance pertaining to deposits, items processing, online banking, ATM and branches.
• Strong analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and vendors.
