The Director, Internal Sales Channel Head’s primary purpose is to work in partnership with their Channel’s National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals for variable, index and fixed annuities. They will be accountable for Assistant Managers and the Internal Wholesalers located at their site location.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing their Channels Assistant Managers and ensuring that Internal Wholesalers are executing the Channel’s sales strategy
Provide support to Senior Internal Sales Management and align the goals of the Channel with company goals and initiatives
Work closely with the National Sales Managers & Divisional Sales Managers to implement sales strategies
Work closely with Marketing, Product Management & Operations to ensure efficient workflow and communication with each department
Act as Compliance Principal to Assistant Managers. This includes oversight to make sure employees adhere to compliance policies and procedures
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• 5-10 years of Internal Sales Management experience
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 24 or 26, & 63
• CA State Insurance License
Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com
