Our Finance department is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in our Worcester, MA location.
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be under direct supervision, works from a variety of established procedures to provide administrative support to the respective business unit. Duties and tasks are varied but standardized and may be of a confidential nature. At times performs some advanced functions. Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
This is a Full-time, Non-Exempt role.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Provides general word processing support to the business unit and ensures timely and accurate reporting to outside entities.
• Prepares reports and correspondence with guidance. - Provide telephone support including answering inquiries and routing calls.
• Manages daily office functions including, but not limited to ordering office supplies, filing, maintaining data files including basic Excel spreadsheet work, preparing outgoing mail and correspondence, answering phones and taking messages. - Maintain calendars and appointment schedules as directed and coordinates all travel arrangements/reservations.
• Interfaces with other administrative support to collaborate on daily work or assignments.
• May provide support as needed to other areas.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
•Requires 3-5 years of advanced administrative support experience.
•Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; e.g. Outlook, word and excel
•Ability to work independently be flexible in work schedule
•Able to handle confidential information professionally and discretely.
•Requires detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations and procedures.
