Position Description
The P&C Insurance Sr. Analyst provides support to project, service, and/or solution teams. Responsible for the schedule, quality and completion of projects, processes and procedures across all areas of the Property & Casualty Insurance Group. Develops/reviews plans for process improvements, workflow management, and reporting. Contributes to issue resolution, develops performance metrics, and produces reports/presentations for management.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, and develop strategies to increase operational efficiencies
• Manage P&C workflow management processes
• Develop reporting tools to provide real time production/performance information for management
• Develop/maintain reports to identify critical accounts requiring underwriting attention
• Responsible for project deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5-7 years' experience or equivalent
• Ability to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding each project
• Experience influencing teams, including matrix partners and 3rd party vendor resources
• Communicate effectively across multi-vendor environment
• Ability to deliver quality solutions and develop process improvements where applicable
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports with Microsoft applications or Business Intelligence tools
