Description
• Responsible for performance and sales coaching of all retail employees involved in loan products and services in the region to ensure region goals are met.
• Implements approved credit policies and oversees overall credit quality, procedures and sales process.
• Responsible for managing the increase in regions market share.
• Approves, directs and coordinates credit quality and sales performance within region.
• Recruits, trains and develops business bankers/relationship managers and Financial Center Managers.
• Handles and resolves any credit related issues and complaints in region.
• Responsible to mentor and train officers in all credit related areas.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field and 4+ years of lending, credit analysis, business banking or other directly related experience.
• Some managerial experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of lending, credit analysis, underwriting, structuring, etc.
• Demonstrated success in coaching sales skills and experience leading sales team.
• Must have excellent organizational, management, communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer relation and problem resolution skills.
• Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
• Requires a considerable working knowledge of other related fields and the ability to apply that information to current role.
