Description
The Talent Management Center of Expertise is hiring an Executive Search Researcher to be part of the Executive Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Executive Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for in depth competitive intelligence for Prudential’s markets. The incumbent will need to be innovative to formulate research strategies to identify world-class talent for Prudential’s critical executive level roles across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct competitive intelligence and name generation for candidate development and talent pipeling
• Partner with Executive Talent Acquisition on high-profile leadership searches, advising on search strategy and candidate profiles
• Source candidates to build a database of diverse talent, both internally and externally, conduct benchmarking and market intelligence
• Build proactive relationships with passive candidates to engage for current and future leadership opportunities
• Develop and manage an Executive Referral Program
• Identify emerging recruiting platforms to optimize sourcing, pipelining and the customer experience
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience in a research role at an executive search firm, management consulting in an HR related field or recruiting within a corporate environment
• Ability to learn market and competitive changes quickly, best-in-class search process, including candidate research and outreach techniques
• High level of personal accountability, integrity and authenticity. Collaborative team player, with the ability to work across a matrixed organization
• Experience creating search strategies, mapping markets and gleaning industry insights
