Job Description
PricewaterhouseCoopers Chinese Business Network, CBN, is a group of PricewaterhouseCoopers professionals with unique knowledge, skills and experience focused on providing distinctive service to global Chinese companies in the United States. The Chinese Business Network is also an important part of the Private Company Services, PCS, organization because the needs and characteristics of most Chinese Business Network companies are similar to PCS clients in the United States.
Position/Program Requirements
Basic Qualifications: Must be fluent in Chinese and/or Mandarin.
Minimum Years of Experience: 8
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Degree Required Major: in Accounting
Certification(s) Required: CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven expertise of, and success in roles managing the, complex tax issues faced by US, non-publically traded entities with extensive operations in China and cross-border tax issues faced by US-inbound Chinese enterprises covering a full range of tax issues, including compliance skills consistent with US regulators and professional accounting firms.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates expert-level abilities to apply FAS 109 and other-related understand business issues as they relate to taxation in the key US-China cross border sectors.
Demonstrates expert-level abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; ability to bring in business from new clients, preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
