Responsibilities
Credit Monitoring and Control Specialist I is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the bank’s covenant compliance process. These activities are critical to the bank’s credit loan portfolio management.
Essential Duties include: • Processing loan covenant submissions using the bank’s proprietary system, RM Central. Reviewing loan presentations to ensure appropriate covenant monitoring is in place and verifying upcoming annual review dates. • Providing support to other areas of the Credit Risk Management department.
Qualifications
• Must possess an interest in commercial loan portfolio management
• Must be detail and process oriented with strong critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required, including analytical skills/spreadsheet experience
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team
• Prior experience or internship in financial institution is a plus
• College Degree required; 3.0 GPA preferred
