Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the overall transformation roadmap for Digital across the H. W. Kaufman Group of companies. Kaufman is undertaking an exciting digital transformation agenda, which builds on the success of the current model and broadens our online service offerings. Kaufman is investing in innovative ways to deepen client engagement through the use of digital channels. We are looking for a motivated, forward-thinking leader to partner with our senior executive team to transform and simplify the ways we do business.
• Implement project plans/transformational roadmaps in conjunction with key business as well as IT stakeholders, ensuring overall buy-in and alignment between business stakeholders and IT
• Establish a digital transformation team to support the software development of leading edge technologies
• Partner with Kaufman business leaders to implement technology solutions that drive opportunities for profitable growth and increased efficiency
• Develop program and project management standards, ensuring effectiveness of controls, training of staff and periodic audits to ensure adherence to standards and processes
• Define roadmap for digital capabilities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across IT, product development, and business owners
• Managing the Digital Infrastructure program and project management organization and delivery
• Ensure that project delivery is successful and exceeds end-user and client requirements and expectations
• Develop cost benefit analysis, project costs, key performance indicators and resource assessments to ensure the timely solution and delivery
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or related field desired, Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in progressive leadership roles surrounding change management, software systems development, product development, project management, process development, and resource management ideal
• PMP certification is highly preferred
• 10+ years’ experience managing projects in a complex environment
• Understanding of benchmarking and performance management processes and techniques
• Strong knowledge of contract, procurement, & software license modeling, and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management
