In partnership with the Visual Assets Manager, this role will be responsible for translating business objectives to develop and implement marketing programs to support regional marketing efforts including advertising, direct marketing, collateral, sponsorships, events and other marketing projects.

Major Responsibilities:
Partner with Visual Assets Manager to manage all marketing programs to support the retail experience and ensure the client experience is consistent with the company and brand vision.
Develop, implement and manage marketing assets to support goals and objectives at the local level within assigned budgets.
Responsible for the management and execution of regional/local and multicultural sponsorships and events from concept to event delivery including invitations, client premiums, advertising, communications and post event analysis.
Reporting Act as the liaison and collaborate with internal partners to create and implement assets such as: advertising, communications and marketing collateral elements.
Support changes to the retail footprint with required customer signage, collateral, and other marketing assets.
Coordinate efforts of multiple functional areas, monitor progress and make recommendations on work flow and timeliness to achieve completion of approved marketing programs in cost-effective and efficient manner.
Manage agencies and vendors.
Ensure all projects are reviewed and approved by internal brand, compliance and product groups as applicable. Manage integration of bank wide initiatives to the local market as required.
Qualifications
Three year’s marketing experience preferred.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques.
Ability to think creatively and has a passion for improving client experience.
Background in creative design and art preferable; creative agency experience a plus, but not required.
Experience in navigating business partners with effective communication and positive relationships are valuable.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem solving skills.
Strong experience in project management skills and the ability to work independently to plan and manage multiple projects in a fast paced and matrix organization.
Experience in retail merchandising and work with visual merchandising teams and managing planograms.
Ability to make copywriting suggestions and edits Requires strong computer skills with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Share Point; an understanding of Adobe Creative suite is a plus but not required BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
