This individual will also be responsible for driving school product sales, membership sales, and providing cross sell opportunities for insurance products to existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate has a clear understanding of the agency and carrier standards and compliance, and can work independently.

The primary duties of the Insurance Customer Service Specialists are:
• Maintains electronic endorsements, including new and renewal lead distribution logs from management, carriers, agents and internal associates including documentation of account detail in Agency Management System and carrier sites.
• Maintain and distribute Insurance and Driving School voice-mailbox messages.
• Sells AAA Driving School Products including new registrations, inquiries and provide cross sell opportunities.
• Provides comprehensive and detailed account information to agents as assigned and requested.
• Maintains agency management communication log. Interacts with insurance companies, assuring resolution of issues.
• Maintains proper documentation in compliance with existing regulatory standards. This applies to all policy transactions.
• Provides coverage and support for calls outside of local region.
• Suggests AAA products and referral sales to all business lines.
• Processes Non-IVANs download and Suspense Update
• Utilizes automation capability to perform all functions. Keeps informed of changes and developments that occur with agency systems and applications.
• Protects the confidentiality of department records, files, correspondence and all matters in which this position is involved.
• Performs other related duties, projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Acute attention to detail
• Must be a self-starter with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Should have a thorough understanding of basic computer applications.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in similar position is preferred
• Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties.
• Able to make own decisions with clear judgment.
• Able to problem solve.
• Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and accuracy.
