Provides high level of service to internal and external clients for Timeshare foreclosure transactions. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, processing timeshare foreclosure orders in quantity and accuracy.
Essential Functions
• Responsible for day to day processing of foreclosures
• Creates and maintains data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.
• Enters and verifies information in proprietary software
• Responsible for coordinating foreclosure auctions/sales in 6 core states.
• Using FAST Application, causes title reports to be created and distributed
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints, paying particular attention to detail
• Good decision-making skills; able to use discretion or independent judgment
• Must be able to work efficiently in stressful situations
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and thrives to meet demanding deadlines & tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
Typical Education
• High School diploma or equivalent
Typical Range of Experience
• Three or more years in administrative office experience
• Computer skills and office equipment experience required
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook required
