The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a critical role to hiring niche talent in our organization. The Sourcer will be responsible for implementing candidate sourcing strategies within a specified territory to pipeline passive candidates for current/future openings using Avature and Taleo. Collaborate with local special interest groups and professional networks to create candidate pipelines.Identify and foster campus relationships to maximize return on investment on events for mid level professional hiring needs within Investment Services. Maintain and communicate location strategy to internal stakeholders.Facilitate interview events for bulk hiring in assigned location. Be the subject market expert on viable candidates for mid level professional recruiting and create competitive market mapping to add value to the talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 2 years of progressive talent acquisition/sourcing experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR. English is the minimum required language. Preferred Education and Experience: Advanced degree or certification. Boolean Search and data mining; Sourcing and candidate management; Resume screening; Excel / Powerpoint / SharePoint. Strong interpersonal skills and communications Multitasking and prioritization skills. Candidate will ideally have proven track record in sourcing and hiring passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, in addition to other methods.
