Job Description

Our growing Technology, Media and Telecommunication industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. TMT serves clients in the following industries: Technology, Media and Telecommunication.
Our Customer consultants help clients to shape their businesses through customer experiences – building bridges between digital and analog, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics, and driving the total experience by engaging the customer, product, partner and employee experiences.
We use our capabilities in Experience Design, Marketing, Sales, Service, Pricing and Customer Analytics to help our clients better understand the customer, generate sustainable growth and expanded market share, and be always on in an experience economy.
Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 4
Additional years of experience verbiage: years of proven success in digital marketing roles with at least one year of managing teams
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success in roles executing and managing of multiple, simultaneous digital strategy engagements, including delivery of personas, content strategy, user experience, optimization, analytics, social and mobile strategy, emphasizing the following:
Providing guidance throughout activities as an account team partner and thought leader, owning the strategic direction of accounts and application of process
Establishing SOWs are followed explicitly, timelines and commitments are met for each client, all client work is conducted under a broader business or strategic context, understand the business context of the engagement
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success in roles designing and directing research methodologies, including leveraging the following expertise to uncover patterns and themes that lead to consumer and market insights:
Quantitative and research acumen
Business models and strategic marketing
Strategy process, frameworks, models and strategic marketing and solutions
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates a proven success and extensive abilities managing multiple digital marketing-related business development opportunities and/or engagements from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and signoff

Demonstrates proven extensive abilities to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities to identify and address client needs, which include the following: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities as a team leader that include the following: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation
