This position plans and executes strategic activities and projects that directly support the implementation and optimization of efforts to grow segment-specific sales/revenue/profit/market share.
Essential Functions
• Sells 1031 exchange services to the residential and commercial real estate community.
• Conducts market and technology research. Analyzes and develops distribution channel. Develops new initiatives and partnerships.
• Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
• Conducts presentations in front of major offices and industry trade associations, demonstrating First American Exchange services.
• Prepares reports for business efforts to track progress on client development.
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
• Must possess thorough knowledge of company’s business unit being represented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities as well as effective time management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees of organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong client service skills
• Self-motivated and ability to handle multiple tasks
Typical Education
• Law Degree Required
Typical Range of Experience
• 3-5 years directly related experience within both law and sales
License or Certification
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Licensed Attorney
