Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application programs to support process automation and reporting needs of the business.
Major Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Mortgage Servicing and Default teams to understand business problems and develop new analytic solutions that add business value.
• Collaborate with Operations Support team members to automate existing reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Data Services team to implement comprehensive executive dashboards for Mortgage Servicing and Default managers.
• Lead significantly complex reporting projects to develop DataMart solutions to automate manual reporting processes.
• Convert/Automate existing Excel and Access reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SharePoint Power Pivot and other DataMart reporting tools.
• Design and develop ETL processes using T-SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Support ADHOC data requests for audits and projects.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of database architecture and design, reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Visual Basic, SQL Server, Sharepoint, RUMBA, and Black Knight Financial Services Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact professionally with various levels of management, peers, and key partners within the Bank.
• Ability to understand when to escalate issues to management for further direction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Ability and willingness to work independently.
• Experience that demonstrates the skills and qualities that are required for position.
