Description
Position Goals:
Analyze and report line-of-business financial information and support line of business management. Prepare SEC reporting schedules and other monthly/quarterly management reports. Support fulfillment of data and reporting needs in the Finance team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform monthly analysis of business segment financial information including variance analysis, profitability analysis, etc.
2. Prepare monthly and/or quarterly business segment highlights and/or scorecards.
3. Fulfill requests to implement and/or enhance business segment reporting and performance metrics.
4. Review data components of the Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses (ALLL) model.
5. Prepare ad-hoc financial statements for business segments as required.
6. Prepare static pool yield and credit analysis for select loan portfolios.
7. Prepare monthly and/or quarterly internal reports as required.
8. Prepare assigned SEC Form 10-Q and Form 10-K schedules.
9. Fulfill Finance requests for information utilizing requirements analysis, programming skills (SQL, SAS0 and quality control validation.
10. Partner with Financial Planning on the development of SAS FM reporting as needed, and/or requested, by business partners.
11. Assist with bank acquisition integrations as needed.
12. Assist Financing Planning in the budgeting process as needed.
13. Serve in a “back-up” capacity as needed.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Education - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of study.
Experience - Three (3) or more years of finance, accounting, or related experience.
Other - None.
Preferred Requirements:
Financial statement analysis experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
SQL experience or aptitude to learn.
