Position Overview
As a Contracts Program Management Senior, you will be responsible for conducting and assisting in maintaining the ITVM contract management process. Information Technology Vendor Management (ITVM) group provides governance function for all contracts within the ITVM portfolio including, but not limited to, Managed Service, SOWs, Outsourced, non-labor and labor contracts. ITVM will provide governance over all aspects of the contract from invoice processing, SLA performance validation and monitoring, contract management and contract change management. ITVM ensures that the operational guidance given fits the contract and that the vendor adheres to the guidance in concert with the operations group.
As the primary governance and interface for the vendors in your portfolio, you will ensure the vendors comply with contract deliverables and obligations. You will be coordinating all needed documentation from both the vendor and internal organizations and will collaborate with the ITAR and Procurement groups for processing contract amendments.
Responsibilities include:
• Process all Service Requests and Contract Change requests per the ITVM Contract Change Request.
• Attend various governance meetings for each contract in the portfolio; schedule, conduct governance meetings and ensure action items and areas of concern are document and brought to resolution.
• Leading and conducting various required governance meetings with both internal organizations and the vendors. Will provide status on contracts and weekly and monthly ITVM operational meetings.
• Ensure the vendors to meet their contractual deliverables and obligations; when necessary work with the internal organizations who are experiencing problems with a vendor’s delivery of D&O’s and ensure the vendor takes the applicable corrective action actions.
• ITVM POC for contracts in their portfolio and primary governance interface for the vendors.
• Conduct, lead and maintain meeting minutes for the applicable ITVM governance meetings for contracts in the portfolio.
• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of data in the ITVM governance tool and SharePoint sites.
• Assist customers with any questions regarding the ITVM Contract Change Request process, preparation of ITVM RFS and Contract Change Request packages and required documentation.
• Update the ITVM SharePoint site with applicable data.
• Coordinate with Procurement’s Vendor Risk Management group on portfolio contracts.
• Develop and maintain Contract Management processes and procedures. Assist in updating processes and controls for GRC level processes.
Qualifications
• Typically has at least 5-7 years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Working knowledge of procurement processes and request for proposal processes
Preferred Skills
• Proficient with SharePoint, PeopleSoft
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
