Description
This position will perform various Treasury Management duties in support of the bank’s Commercial clients and the Treasury Management Services they use. Interact with current and prospective commercial clients multitasks various daily duties, possesses a keen attention to detail, as well as effectively manages changing priorities.
Support of the Treasury Management sales process. Process internal documents and obtains signatures required to implement services including tracking of ACH credit exposure approvals through credit as requested by Treasury Sales. Submit requests through Workflow Tool to request Treasury Documentation required for new products and services or revisions to existing agreements as directed by Treasury Sales. Responsible for tracking the return of Agreements and notifies Treasury Sales or contacts customers to follow up on documentation requested. Compile all documents (internal and external) and forwards completed package to Treasury Support for implementation through Workflow Tool. Review and respond to daily emails and calls from commercial clients. Prepare final sales proposals to present to customers.
Pull monthly reports reflecting expirations of pricing exceptions and waives to be reviewed by TM Sales. Submits XAA maintenance through ticket system as requested by TM Sales.
Review prelim statements at request of TM Sales to confirm all billing is correct and services have been added/deleted as requested. Opening checking accounts on an emergency back-up basis.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with treasury management products. Working knowledge of banking processes and procedures. Able to prioritize and plan work requirements, use time efficiently, and seek increased responsibilities. A working knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word is required. Should have intermediate-to-advance skill level with spreadsheet and word processing software.
