Commerce Bank is seeking a high-energy and experienced candidate to fill a role as Product Support Specialist, working closely with Commercial Payments Product, Commercial Card Sales, Operations, IT and Product Development.
Description:
The Product Support Specialist is the liaison between the Product Manager and the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure everyone has a shared understanding of the product and how it benefits our customers. They are responsible for documentation of product enhancements, user guides and process workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate enhancements and product changes to sales representatives, account managers and support teams
• Document process flows and high-level product overviews
• Identify process improvements
• Oversee consistency in documentation and communication channels
• Product trend reporting activities
• Partner with Product Managers on maintaining our Commercial Payments – Product SharePoint site that will be used across the Commercial Payments team
• Drive a process to review and update Product Documentation on an ongoing basis
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Required
• 3+ years’ experience in technical or business-related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical writing skills, Self-starter and independent worker
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel, Visio and other Microsoft Office products
Preferred
• Vendor management experience
• Agile Scrum team experience or knowledge of the Agile development methodology
• Visio and Access database skills
