Position Description
We are seeking a Vice President, Program Manager, to join the PDS Northwest Region, based in San Francisco.

We are looking for an individual who is aligned with these priorities and who will manage and coordinate complex real estate programs/projects.
The Program Manager is a driven leader who is able to lead a team of professionals to exceed client expectations for all program/project management services. They are a proactive leader who partners with our clients to translate their requirements into action plans along with serving as a trusted advisor to discuss long term real estate strategies. This leader has extensive knowledge of best in class practices in the real estate industry and is able to drive innovative solutions and best practices for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop both strategic and program specific goals, scope, schedules, budgets and detailed assumptions
• Establish and maintain success criteria for teams in alignment with JLL and client strategic goals
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client representatives at all levels of the real estate organization
• Demonstrate full accountability for delivery of construction projects and related initiatives
• Lead client capital planning process to identify efficiencies
• Create client playbooks that incorporate best practices, templates, internal and external processes that support standardized and consistent project delivery methodologies
• Collaborate with property teams to define and maintain building construction rules and regulations
• Coordinate building due diligence exercises on behalf of landlord and property teams
• Recruit, coach and develop team members to be successful in project implementation through understanding of firm and industry procedures, methodology and practices
• Partner with client resources to develop and lead end to end vendor RFP processes that leverages opportunities for the portfolio
• Manage contractual and business risk through development of procedures and implementation of contracting and performance standards for team members and vendors
• Ensure accurate reporting of all project data into client and JLL technology platforms
• Understand and communicate all available products and service offerings of the Firm
• Contribute to the development of new project/revenue opportunities and service delivery ideas
• Support the continuous development and implementation of process improvement and best practices for the organization
• Comply with all JL and client policies and procedures, including but not limited to, code of ethics and business practice standards.
• May lead individual construction projects and initiatives in addition to program management responsibilities
• Participate and lead new business opportunities, including proposals and pitches.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of construction management or project management experience, including development of scope, schedule and budget
• Successful track record of managing local and virtual teams
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with an ability to interact with all levels of external and internal clients, architects, contractors, and vendors
• Ability to regularly analyze, summarize, and communicate project data to client and team to demonstrate progress on strategic goals
• Advanced knowledge of architectural and MEP drawings as well as furniture and space planning concepts
• Experience working with building owners and asset managers required
• Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required
• LEED AIA, PE, PMP preferred
