• Provides support on projects to help clients optimize their distribution and manufacturing centers and logistics networks.
• Gathers on-site information at operations including measurements, documenting storage types and quantities, material counts, processes and other information germane to the project.
• Works with CAD system to develop site, building and operations layouts.
• Create spreadsheets to analyze customer inventory, orders, equipment, labor and other essential metrics.
• Train on other software essential to the department and be a key person in evaluating new technologies.
• Documents & reviews processes with the goal of reducing touches and improving material flow and labor productivity within operation.
• Assists with developing client presentations.
• Attends sales calls, progress meetings and presentations to support projects.
