We are currently looking for a summer intern to work in our Brokerage Group in Chicago, IL.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to learn more about the sales aspect of commercial real estate through an internship experience as they will be exposed to brokerage activities related to Tenant and Landlord representation. The intern will assist our Brokerage Operations team who support sales brokers with projects and one-off requests and other colleagues of the firm with adhoc requests.
We are seeking a candidate who knows how to take the initiative, is energetic, motivated and professional. The candidate should be proficient in their computer software skills, able to resolve problems on their own and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Assist team members with various day-to-day client and prospect requests
• Using proprietary software’s, create property tour books, pull survey information, and create maps
• Assist brokers with updating leasing activities reports, market information research, new business initiatives, and property profiles
• Create property analysis, edit proposals and RFP’s
• Research tenants and landlords for specific submarkets
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Utilizing company systems to conduct research and clean-up projects
