The key responsibilities for this position are handling incoming calls from various clientele; providing services including identity theft, concierge, worldwide assistance, and emergency travel assistance; case documentation, research, and follow up; assisting with air, car, and hotel accommodations as well as assist with reserving flights for medical emergencies.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have prior customer service, be able to think out of the box, think quickly on their feet, and able to respond to high end clientele. Must be organized, thorough, good problem solvers, and able to deal with atypical situations. Must have superior communication skills. Must have the ability to solve complex problems within an established protocol of procedures and possible solutions. Must have travel experience. 1-2 years customer service experience. Travel Industry and Geography knowledge is helpful.
Shift: 3p-11p, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
Shift Differentials between 7p-7a including weekend hours!
