Description
The Enrollment Solutions Center is a Group Insurance team offering operational support for Voluntary customer enrollment events. The ESC’s focus is to successfully increase GI’s voluntary participation by providing educational enrollment materials, setting up enrollment sites for customers and their employees and offering administrative support services for customers through their enrollment periods.
The Senior Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for completing a varying degree of enrollment activities with little to no supervision. Responsibilities include:
• Creating accurate and compliant enrollment materials while maintaining quality
• Responsible for completion of web enrollment case set-up on the Prudential web enrollment platform, or by partnering with a third-party platform
• Responsible for management of project timelines related to assigned enrollment requests, adhering to standard turnaround times and meeting all customer enrollment event deadlines
• Acting as a consultant to Distribution partners on enrollment capabilities; understanding the varying levels of customization we can offer/accommodate and any corresponding risk that may be associated, setting expectations regarding timelines and customer touch points throughout enrollment planning and the end of the enrollment event
• Acting as a subject matter expert representing enrollment on projects
• Partnering with third party vendors and internal business partners to execute requests on time and to trouble shoot when issues may arise
• Researching and resolving varying levels of complex enrollment requests and providing support to other team members, as needed
• Responsible for relationship management with Distribution, Marketing, Compliance, Quality, Service and Product partners
• Responsible for the Creation of and updating/maintaining SOPs for all enrollment activities
• Producing and releasing enrollment participation summary reports
Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Prepares eligibility data for case set-up
• Completes client review testing of both Web and Personalized Enrollment Kits
• Responds to customer inquiries from the field and customers within established timeframes and performance standards
• Supports reporting requirements for daily work assignments
• Meets quality standards
• Assesses issues and coordinates with other technical associates
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements
• Performs system testing as needed
Qualifications
• Experience supporting regulated products, understanding risk/compliance and legal aspects of such a business, Group Insurance/Voluntary product understanding a plus
• Experience in directly supporting a sales organization; acting as a consultant on standard and non-standard offerings
• Previous experience working in a deadline driven environment with peak periods
• Strong written and oral communication skills (writing samples may be requested)
• Strong analytical skills, proven experience trouble shooting complex technical systems; SPARC experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• 5 year minimum prior experience
