Description
The Record Keeping Services department within Group Insurance is currently seeking an experienced professional with excellent collaboration, communication, and client support/administrative abilities to support existing Group Insurance accounts and/or sales efforts.
• Partners with the Client Coordinator to support the RKO client
• Manages daily performance of eligibility file processing, payroll validation, and remittance process file monitoring.
• Communicates to the Client Coordinator any issues/concerns with the ongoing maintenance of the case.
• Supports Client Coordinator in handling daily client issues and fulfilling client requests.
• Shares best practices to continually improve RKO service.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products and services preferred
• Auditing and compliance experience
• Quality review experience preferred
• Leadership and business expertise
• Proven results orientation and ability to meet deadlines
• Proven track record in Process Management
• Experience working with Sales and Brokers
• Excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong project/ time management skills
• The successful candidate should have the ability to interface with more senior level client staff and/or external clients brokers/agents; has a good understanding of Prudential's products and services to help facilitate requests for proposals, presentations, sales support, reporting and other client needs.
