Responsibilities
• Develops highly creative graphic concepts that can be successfully measured against project brief for print and digital applications
• Executes graphic concepts from initial exploration through development and refinement to final art
• Solves challenges through insightful and creative visual solutions
• Able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
• Understands how to build and apply brand standards and style guides to assigned work
• Interacts regularly with Creative Director, Associate Creative Directors and team members as needed for the direction, review/feedback of assigned projects
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design or art school degree
• Impressive portfolio that shows the understanding and interpretation of visual brand identities
• Digital experience is a must
• Minimum of 1 year experience in agency setting or fast-paced client setting
• Excellent software skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote/PowerPoint)
• Seeks out and responds well to feedback and direction from others
• Excellent listening skills
• Great attitude, sense of humor
• Ability to follow through on written or verbal direction
• Ability to work independently or with little supervision
