Incident Management Specialist, Advisory
About the Role:
The Incident Management role leads efforts to quickly respond to, and recover from, critical and urgent incidents that disrupt normal business operations and/or create risk to Fiserv, clients, or customers. The team handles a wide range of incident types, including: crime, technology, data exposure, safety/medical, natural disasters, so more. In this role, you will interact with people at all levels across the enterprise to address, understand, and resolve incidents as they occur.
About our Business:
Enterprise Risk & Resilience (ER&R) is responsible for Fiserv’s enterprise risk management program. ER&R programs encompass business continuity planning, incident management, risk assessment, PCI and regulatory compliance, insurance, and information security across all Fiserv businesses and support departments. ER&R Incident Management manages incidents that threaten enterprise financial, legal, regulatory, and/or reputation interests.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Utilize sound business judgment as well as decision criteria and escalation paths contained in the Fiserv Incident Management Process to ensure all cases are resolved. Coordinates and monitors the work of incident response teams to ensure that communication is timely and accurate, dependencies are identified and managed, resolution follows the established response criteria for the incident type, and additional escalation occurs as needed to ensure successful incident resolution. Document the work of each incident response team, personally and through delegates, to ensure that a factual record of the matter is maintained. Conduct meetings with associates, along with HR and Management as required, to ensure all issues are addressed, that policy is understood, and that Fiserv data is removed from unauthorized destinations to the extent possible. Performs other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
Job Related Experience:
• 7+ years of business-related experience required
• Desired experience in:
◦ Enterprise Incident Management, Investigations and Employee Relations, Project/Program Management
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professional presence and experience working with senior and executive leadership
• Ability to facilitate difficult conversations
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Ability to drive for results and client focus orientation
Travel Required:
• 0-10%
Work Environment:
There is an on-call aspect to the position
